Fabulous sweatshirts and top class customer service

Great experience, I ordered my first sweatshirt and had missed an email advising they were away and there would be a delay posting my item. When I later emailed chasing up the item, they posted express delivery and emailed me a £10 voucher.
I ordered a second item and through no fault of their own, this was lost in the Hermes Christmas delivery debacle. When I emailed to chase up delivery of this item, they raised an enquiry with Hermes but immediately offered to refund or replace the missing item. I requested a replacement which arrived the very next day.
While I’ve had delivery issues with both items, the first was down to me not reading emails and the second down to Hermes who’s inability to deliver items over this Christmas period is legendary. Each time they have gone above and beyond to quickly rectify the situation.
Both sweatshirts I ordered are fabulous quality and my Son is delighted with them.
I would not hesitate to order from Nkiti again.

Dark Teal is now one of my favourite colours

Actually obsessed with this colour! I wasn't before this hoodie so its definitely because of it! Its a great addition to my normally neutral-toned wardrobe without feeling too much.
